Delivery Time

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, SAEKO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

SAEKO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
