At SAEKO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Have original tags attached

• Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

 

Exchanges


If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer exchanges when inventory is available.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Sale items

• Accessories

• Gift cards

• Items marked Final Sale

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SAEKO cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital code.

Store credit does not expire.
